      Requirements:

      • Active Unrestricted AZ License
        
      • Must have at least 2 years experience in Emergency Medicine
        
      • BLS, ACLS, PALS via American Heart Association - required
        
      • NIHSS cert- required
        
      • Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references
