Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Contracted hours are guaranteed Experience: Minimum 1 year; Charge experience preferred License: Must have California state license Certifications: BCLS, Basic AWHONN Must-Have: - COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster (Medical/Religious Exemptions only) - Two supervisor references obtained within the last 18 months Job Description: - Night shift in the Labor and Delivery unit with ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 - First-time applicants accepted - Required to work every other weekend - Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs, including floating to the Mother Baby Unit - Rotational time off (RTO) greater than seven days needs approval - The facility is a Short Term Acute Care and Level IV Trauma center with a total of 107 staffed beds Note: This position will not entertain requests for on-call duty, and no full calendar weeks of RTO are accepted within the first two weeks of the start date. Candidates must provide proof of vaccination, and a licensing background check is needed prior to offer. Interview availability is required upon application.
