Job Description:
Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking dedicated and empathetic
Independently Licensed Lead Behavioral Health On-Demand Specialists
to join our team. In this flexible, as-needed role, you will
provide leadership and critical behavioral health support for
federal operations in El Centro, CA. This is an ONSITE position.
This position is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.In this role, you will
oversee a specialized team called upon to address surges or
backfill needs for ongoing operations. You will lead efforts to
conduct initial assessments and mental health evaluations for
unaccompanied minors, ensuring their well-being and guiding the
team to provide critical support during periods of high demand.This
position involves providing leadership in a fast-paced environment
while supporting unaccompanied minors and collaborating with
diverse clients. You will observe physical environments, monitor
staff-child interactions, and identify opportunities to ensure
effective care delivery. Your expertise will contribute to
developing healthier coping mechanisms and creating strategies to
improve clients' lives.To succeed in this role, you must have

deep understanding of these minors' unique challenges. We encourage

times.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead a team of behavioral health specialists
to provide support for unaccompanied minors during surges or
backfill operations.Oversee and conduct focused assessments for
individuals, including behavioral status exams, to screen for
symptoms related to trauma or crisis intervention needs.Provide
guidance to the team on best practices to address client needs
effectively.Proactively engage with children to ensure their
well-being and identify risks or distress.Facilitate crisis
counseling and immediate interventions when necessary.Collaborate
with facility staff to ensure culturally sensitive care and share
insights on successful approaches.Document detailed notes and shift
reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Mentor and support team
members to achieve program objectives.Other duties as assigned in
support of the program.REQUIREMENTS:Master's degree or higher in
Behavioral Health Professions (e.g., MS/MSW/MA).Independent
licensure in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC).Experience
leading or supervising behavioral health teams in dynamic
environments.Completion of all required background checks, drug
screens, and child abuse and neglect checks.Excellent interpersonal
skills and adherence to professional standards of
confidentiality.Working knowledge of state, federal, and local laws
and available resources.Proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Bilingual
(Spanish) is highly preferred.Compensation: This is a 1099
contractor role. Hourly rates will be competitive and commensurate
