Support Construction Bond line of business strategies by marketing and underwriting new and renewal business.

*** Utilize Bond Center to support sales and service objectives.

*** Ensure achievement of financial goals and business plan objectives.

*** Develop marketing plans and strategies.

*** Conduct client meetings and agency calls.

*** Cultivate customer and producer relationships to promote Bond products and services.

*** Identify and satisfy customer and producer needs.

*** Analyze and assess underwriting information and complex risk to make recommendations to management.

*** Balance risk relative to return to make effective and acceptable underwriting decisions.

*** Maintain disciplined adherence to underwriting and service standards.

*** Share pertinent information to support product development, market research, and identification of business opportunities.
