Job Description:

Company is a major developer and manufacturer of fluid system component technology for the research, analytical instrumentation, process instrumentation, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, power, petrochemical, and semiconductor industries. Products are delivered through one of the world?s largest manufacturing and industrial distribution networks. Our company is the exclusive, independent sales and service center for Southern-most California and the Mexican state of Baja, California. We are seeking Business Development Professionals to expand our team for growth.

Job responsibilities:

? Create and document value for customer

? Establish key relationships within customer base

? Maintain and grow current accounts

? Define and achieve strategic growth objectives

? Sales planning and documentation

? Master and utilize professional consultative selling process

? Articulate company unique value proposition

? Develop and implement services road maps at strategic accounts

Business Development Professionals will complete an intensive training program and will be prepared to deliver the best value added solutions to our customers. Qualifications:

? Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Preferred)

? Proven track record of achievement

? Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Suite

? Superior communication skills: listening, writing and speaking

? Mechanical aptitude and problem solving ability

? Customer Focus, Reliability and Integrity, Flexibility, Accountability, Teamwork

? Good Vision: Must be able to effectively identify products and applications in the field

? Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have a clean driving record (may involve long periods in car)

? Must be able to make sales calls at customer sites (may involve long periods on your feet or climbing stairs)

? Must be able to enter confined spaces
